19x8.5 ET40 is about the max you can go in the front and you still might need a slight fender roll. 19x9.5 ET45 is more or less max for the rear. You'll need a stretched tyre if you're lowered (on coils) |

It doesn't really matter if the car is lowered or not. The inward suspension travel is the same. If it rubs with a lowered car, it will eventually rub without lowering as well, maybe when driving over a speed bump or going fast in a corner.
