What rims you got 4 your winter tires?
Just as asked in topic, what you got?
Possible pictures would be wicked, as I have to go and order me some rims before my car delivery –supposedly it will arrive on summer tires

I didn't want runflat-tyres, so I bought some cheap 6.5x16" aftermarket wheels called GS model 509. I wanted something robust and easy to clean. They are not very pretty or lightweight. Actually 10 kg each.
Sorry about the picture quality. Didn't have my SLR camera at hand, and the light was all wrong. |

When I get my car, it's gonna be delivered like this car:
https://www.finn.no/finn/car/used/vi...nkode=38005446 It was part of a campaign (leasing, included winter tyres on 16" wheels (the 411 model), and BMW Service included for 5 years). Chose Nokian Hakkapeliitta 7 stud tires, as we drives a lot on icy roads in the winter. Regarding the wheels - they could actually have been a lot worse than this, so I'm pleased.

I will be fitting these to my car this weekend on a set of 205/55/R16 Hankook W310 evo tyres; had the tyres on my golf last year and they proved good!:

My car had the v-spoke 411 (standard) and I have bought some winter tyres to put on those. Next year I will buy some better looking 17" or 18" BMW wheels for the summer.

I'm getting some 411:s as well, with Nokian WR A3 on them. And no run-flat!

But isnt it true that BMW Road Assist wont help you if you dont have RFT tires?
I hate RFT-tires but my dealer told me if there is some issue and I need to call BMW Road Assist they wont help me if I have normal tires... |

No idea. We don't have BMW Assist here as far as I know.

Two weeks ago I bought winter alloys "Bimmer 16" with 205/55R16 ContiVikingContact 5 Non-runflats as I believe they are better on snow/ice for tyres without studs.

I've been told the same as ozolz, no assistance if they see you are running non RFT. That's why I went for RFT on winter-wheels aswell. |
