Display
I don't know about the rest of you but I am starting to hate the display my wife is the same. I would like to be able to close it away as I'm feed up with it in my face. If I ordered another BMW I would go without the display.

Good point, I like the option to turn off, especially driving home from work at night. Sometimes you don't want the screen distracting you. But the e87 flip screen was good

And you could set a shortcut via the touch keys on the radio so you don't have to search the menus everytime

I tried to make a shortcut recently, but got an error message that it was not possible. The menu I wanted on the shortcut was the journey computer screen.

I do the two moves in half a sec, and the screen turns off in 2 sec. (it is a bit slow with small screen but it works!) hope you understood me :P |

You can make a shortcut to the journey computer. Just go one step back and press/hold a key to save. Mark journey computer(don't go into the menu) and save.
