I thought this was pretty cool of the Ravens.
Before the player introductions they played Omar's whistle tune from The Wire. https://twitter.com/Ravens/status/14...863087113?s=20 |

I truly wonder if he'll ride out his contract. He's already been caught on camera from a distance talking with McCarthy after their game 1 loss reminiscing about college football already. Something about feels odd not having to make an recruiting calls and things of the sort.
His tactics are apparently not sitting well with the veterans. Guess his approach works when they're kids and in college, not so much against millionaires in the league. The word used to describe the locker room and organization under him is - toxic. Never a good sign. |

After four straight NFC Championship game losses he needs to let off some steam and take out his anger. Great QB’s do lose but great QB’s don’t lose often.

At the end of the day, Aaron Rodgers has only been to one Super Bowl. With all the annual accolades the dude gets you'd think he had at least a few rings by now. He has one. That's exactly the same number as Russell Wilson who at least has been to the Super Bowl more than once. He should've gotten 2 rings but we won't go there.

See this is the whole bullshit narrative about QBs and Super Bowls. Tom Brady has not won 6 Super Bowls...his TEAM did. As important as a great QB is to an NFL team, there have been countless times an average QB has been a Super Bowl winner. Have actually heard former players say that Dan Marino was not a great QB because he never won a SB. Incredibly stupid. Same idea with Rodgers....when was the last time the Packers had a really good defense? Last year was a perfect example. Best scoring offense in the league but lost the NFC championship to an inferior QB because the other team had a far superior defense. How is that the QBs fault? Rodgers completely outplayed Brady but Brady's TEAM won the game. The GM has as much to do with the success of the team as the coach or the QB. Bash Rodgers for his lack of SB wins all you want but no one will ever know how many he would have had if he and Brady played for opposite teams.

Rodgers is an unreal talent and has carried the Packers for years. Just look at how other HOF QBs describe him and his talent. As for an average QB to win Super Bowls - insert Eli here…

I think someone is getting overly sensitive about some playful banter about Rodgers. Lol. Relax man, you're not the only person that recognizes "team" play. You have to admit he brings this shit on to himself. I mean look at all the offseason crap that went on. Is he going to leave? Stay? No matter what he is an arrogant dude. Hey but he's got his man bun going so there's that.

Look, Brady is the GOAT. There is no denying that and last year proved it once again. He is going break records this year that likely no one else ever will, at least not until AFTER his HOF ceremony, perhaps as long as he lives assuming he plays say 2-3 more years. He is on pace for another 5k yd passing season and could break the record of TDs in a season. He is supposed to be slowing down not playing like he is in his prime.
Yes he only plays on one side of the ball, offense. He is the GOAT at his position and the QB is the most responsible member of the team for a team winning or losing a game all things considered. You guys know this, y'all just want to hate on Brady, which I get. I would hate on him too if I was not from NE. Now that being said let me tell you about this new kid called Mac Jones who you are going to hate for another 20 years...

Not a Rodgers worshipper like a lot of Packer fans....I think he's almost completely wrong in his feud with GB management. Just feel its wrong he gets blamed for his team's failings. No different than Russell Wilson or anyone else. As has been said many times, QB gets too much credit and too much blame. The ESPN attitude.

20s - 21,564yds 147tds 78ints 3-0 in superbowls (he likely gets in due to rings) 30s - 40,018yds 309tds 74ints 2-2 in superbowls 2 MVPs (gets in based on SBs, 23rd all time in passing yards, 11th all time in TDs) 40s - 17,622yds 125tds 39ints 2-1 in superbowls 1 MVP (depending on how much longer he plays, could get in based on stats and SBs.) (these stats dont include his nearly 3 full seasons worth of playoff stats) You can hate on him all you want, but there is no doubt he is the greatest QB of all time.
