One of the integrators here has an iPhone 5c that he doesn't use and will probably sell me for cheap. I've had an Android for as long as they've been out, kind of thinking I should buy it and change it up for once.

I'm actually in the process of buying my first bike. Probably going to get a hybrid of some sort, don't feel like dropping $1,500 on a pure road bike just yet.

I got a trek 3700 disc mountain bike that kicks my ass every time since everyone I go with has road bikes. Thankfully i'm the only one who lifts so I have stronger legs than them but still, it would be nice to hit 30 on some of the straights! We do an 18 mile loop, its a descent workout. On a road bike, I could easily do it 2 or 3 times. MB, once and i'm done.

To be honest with you, no idea what I should get. One of the guys has a hybrid, which are you looking at?

Yeah I don't really ride with anyone other than myself, so I can go at my own pace. An 18 mile loop is nice though, and having people to go with always makes it more enjoyable.

I have no idea what I'm going to get. So far I've checked out a Cannondale, Trek, and a Gary Fischer I think it was. Trek had the best seating position, but the Cannondale was lighter and looked nicer. The Gary Fischer was on the high end of what I wanted to pay, but it felt nice riding around the parking lot. Haven't committed to anything yet because I'm indecisive. Don't remember any of the model numbers, I'll have to look them up.

Everyone is getting old this/next month! I know about 10 birthdays in total for this month.

That's the point, you don't have to sift through all the pages, you just pick up wherever the thread is at. Just random talking about whatever you want.

None of it will really be of no interest, but it's not really meant to have any kind of residual bearing of something exciting. Just talking about anything. I'm sure you do this with people in your every day life, right?

I think the hybrid that one of the guys has is a Fuji. I'll find out which one. He got it for a great price as well, no need to spend more than a couple hundred bucks.

Groups are fun, usually we end up trying to kick each other off the road and all of a sudden it turns into a mad max scene. The hardcore guys always scowl at us haha. All in good fun!

The ones I've been looking at are around $500 to $700ish. Don't really want to spend on the higher end, but if I'm going to spend the money, I want to get something that will last me a long time.

Sounds like what we used to do at the ski lodge. They'd have sledding at night and we'd get a group of 15 people and it would be a damn free for all down the bunny hill. Awesome times, lots of bruises and black eyes, lol.
