Aftermarket wheel fitment guide
I am looking into getting some aftermarket 18" or 19" wheels for my car when it arrives. The problem is that since the F20/21 is quite new to the market there is not much information out there when it comes to fitment of larger wheels.
Therefor I thought we could make a guide here that could be useful to the forum readers and members. So if you got aftermarket wheels on your 1 series please take the time to write all useful information into this thread. The most importent information is diameter/width of the rim front and rear, ET front and rear, width and profile tyres front and rear. Other useful information like which suspension you`ve got, make and model wheels and tyres and leftover space for wider wheels etc. Is also very welcome!

I have aftermarket wheels on my F20 M-Sport..
They are 8x17"et35 GS Hypertrack wheels with 205/50-17 tires (Michelin Pilot Sport 3). The wheels are pretty much flush with the side of the car, so the offset is right on the limit. The tires could have been wider, though. Plenty of space left. |
