bmw performance strut bar
what is the reason this strut bar doesnt fit 335s, is it just the air box

Yes. M3 Brace is better anyway.

Enjoy the hell out of my M3 brace...install was okay (been awhile since I have put anything on a car) esp. a brand new one the install freaked me out w/ the cowl ha ha

Yes, the OEM M3 brace will fit the 328 E90. As well as the BMW Performance CF brace and our in house strut brace.

panties are wadless, thought it was funny, the reason i ask about the performance bar is that there are a few floating around for less than 150, i am aware that the m brace kit is a really good option but wanted to see if the 125 dollar option would fit...continue on talking about how good the m kit is...lol

I don't think so, but I had the M3 brace installed at the same time as M3 front control arms. I just got it so I could adjust my Koni struts easily. My tech said he didn't think it's valuable if not tracking..
