I notice that the rear lights now extend over onto the gate (red circled)
It looks like it may now have a extended shoulder (spoiler) on the rear edge of the hatch above the light line instead of above the glass. (red arrow)
If you look at the top (blue arrow) it appears that there is less overhang than the current 1er.
