Really thankful to have this video, but good grief, someone slap the audio engineer. The equalizing on the voiceover is flat out painful to my ears. Way, way too much boost in the low-range (50Hz to 80Hz). I'd attenuate that about 18 dB

Have a listen to this BMW produced video about the E92 M3. Be sure to use headphones or a good set of speakers. Notice how much less "boomy" the audio is? With headphones on, the M235i video is almost unbearable. The SP levels are flat out uncomfortable.

Have a look at a spectrogram of your video (top) versus the BMW produced video (bottom):

On those graphs:

X-axis (left-to-right): time
Y-axis (up-and-down): frequency (pitch)

Color indicates amplitude (volume)

Yellow: peak amplitude
Blue: silence

See that intense yellow line that dominates the lower part of the graph in your video? That's causing your viewers discomfort. I'd request that your production agency re-level the voice over audio.
