Which ever comes first. 2500km or march 2013. I don't think BMW has to service it BUT genuine parts must be used to keep warranty. Also, if there is a problem after you have car serviced somewhere else and it's related to the service they may well void warranty. I'd just take it to dealer while its under warranty. One more think, brakes are not included in service pack. Just filters, fluids and labour.
