It's the same from my observations. I assume that the point of Eco Pro is to minimize accelerations. Moreover, accelerating very carefully (mimicking Eco Pro) I'm able to get the same consumption i Sport. All we get by switching between Sport*/Comfort/Eco Pro is how the car translates gas pedal thrust. At least I think so.
*Oh yes, Sport gives also better steering, but it has nothing to do with fuel consumption, has it?
