Great tip. Never knew I could do that.

My technique was to rev the car to around 2k I then let it drop a bit and as I went to bring it up I lifted the clutch as quickly as I could and stuck the accelerator through the floor. Didn't take my hand of the gear lever eyes fixed on the revs. Clutch in and out as quick as possible each shift, full throttle back in every time. I'm no drag racer so I don't know any other techniques. Probably better ways of doing it. Oh yeah I was in sport+ so might even try again with full safety net off.

It was a very odd feeling actually, the car felt really smooth and really powerful on the attempt that gave that time. The pull was just constant, the engine felt smooth and the traction felt brilliant. I got less spin in first and when rolling the tyres chirped rather than lost traction at shifts. They maybe had more heat due to the attempt before it.
