There is always a Disney hater but if you have kids, the enjoyment received from seeing their excitement is worth the cost and hassle. I mean, precovid 100+ million people experienced what you call a general "shite time". I generally enjoy the rides and the food is actually pretty good. Just hate standing in line and crowds, hence the guide service. Its not for everyone but if you have the means it is worth it.
