Nyck de Vries (merc formula E) is going to get some practice time in the Williams in FP1.
Why in the Williams and not in a Merc? (he's already driving for merc, and was last year frequently in the merc paddock).
Is Williams going to ditch Latifi? (last year outclassed by RUS, this year by ALB)
Can they spare all those millions?
This years regulations dictate that teams give other drivers from outside F1 the chance to drive some practice laps in FP1
