I have had my 125i auto for over two years now.
Every now and again I have experienced the jerky 121. It is more noticeable in Sport mode after you have been driving fairly sedately, so I can only assume it has something to do with the 'leaning' having to be redone by the intelligence of the box.
Overall this is the best auto gearbox I have used.
