We just signed yesterday on a nicely equipped 2016 X1 with everything but active cruise, M Sport (doesn't look right to me on the X1), and luxury package (we truly preferred the feel of Sensatec over the Dakota leather, and this is a knock-around beach car for us). We ended up getting about 4% ($1,700 or so) off of MSRP.

I was strongly considering making more of a push for a few extra percentage points off, but in reality these are entry level BMWs without much gravy built into them. Plus, the price is great for what you are getting in my opinion. On a $70,XXX/$80,XXX/$90,XXX car I would've wanted to see more of a discount, but the interactions we had with the CA and sales manager were excellent, and taking their initial offer will serve us well when it comes time to replace my GC.
