It's common for BMW to only downtune on paper and not actually downtune the engine.
I recall once, my dad had a Cooper S Clubman with 163hp and my brother had one without the downtune, so all 175hp.
We had a rolling start drag race and we were right next to eachother the whole time.
I'll take a shot with my 125d sport auto when it's out of break-in period..
