Visualising a Winter puncture scenario, would I be happier noting the alarm from the TPC and continuing my journey then getting a runflat replaced as it's probably knackered.
Or
Stop, get out into probably crappy weather to stuff the gunk into the affected tyre then reinflate and roll to hopefully get a seal then jumping back into the car cold and wet. Finishing the journey and getting the probably knackered tyre replaced along with a new can of gunk ready for the next time.
I'm afraid I do find myself leaning towards the first scenario as a preference if I must suffer a puncture during Winter.
