You don't have to change oil every 500km in the beginning.
Just take it easy with reving it too high for the first 1500-2000km.
Try to avoid "pedal to the metal" when you accelerate and I(!) recommend not reving higher than 4500 upm for the first 1500-2000km. At the same time don't drive at a constant rpm for the run in period.
