If you have a boost in HP you must have impact in acceleration, right ? since HP is related with torque and there's a boost from 380Nm->480Nm

Thanks Jason!

Also unlike the old Performance Parts, M Performance exterior parts are designed to complement the M Sport package. The front splitter and lip simply attach to the M Sport front bumper while the rear diffuser simply replaces the rear diffuser of the M Sport package. No whole replacements of bumpers required any longer. This will be a feature of all exterior M Performance parts for all BMW models.
They will fit in cars with the M Sport pack.

Found this, dont know how reliable is this source...

In this way, the peak output of the 4-cylinder diesel engine is raised from 184 bhp to 200 bhp. Maximum torque, available from just 1750rpm, is increased to 420 Nm. The most important outcome of this increase in power is an optimisation of acceleration figures in all models. This is something the driver can clearly feel, including an increase in acceleration to 100 km/h of up to 1.0 seconds. However, this enhanced driving pleasure has no effect whatsoever on the exemplary fuel consumption and CO2 emission figures of the respective models in the EU test cycle. What is more, the high quality standard of the BMW M Performance Power Kit guarantees unlimited reliability of the engine, so the warranty terms for vehicles in which it is installed remain valid as before.
1sec less and no effect in consumption.... hard to believe
