No, that wasnt a critic by his real profession and tbh I would tell asking women more that I am a lawyer than a pilot. To avoid any unwanted expectations on my side Im just telling that I am working for an airline. Thats true and couldnt lead into some mishaps.
What I want to point out is, that I wont excuse a lie at the profession to get someone laid or in your case hooked to more attraction according to his said job. But I understand some guys which are hoping that telling a lie to achieve a shot more, when they are jobwise not really onto the bright side of life - which isnt a excuse either.
