Listen up boys: In today's crazy #metoo culture you gotta protect yourself and flip that process around. Document the conversation that shows she has an interest in you, then go tell HR and your boss that you are going to politely decline her advances, then over e-mail politely decline her advances. Save every record. Even if she appears to take it well. Don't let her down before you talk to your boss and HR.
