That's quite a nicely spec'd 118i. You should consider a sunroof especially considering SA weather. I love having the light stream through my roof while I'm driving. It also looks really cool tilted up while driving!
I think you should definitely go with the speed limit info. It really sucks sometimes when you don't know the speed limit on the road. Next time for me...
