it's back due to warm weather. there is almost no remedy for these kind of noises. it will always come back when the chemicals you apply wear off. just turn the volume up a little
there is a service bulletin about this, you can use 3m transparent tape between seal and door where the seal and door touches.
my F20 had the same noises, my F22 didn't thanks to frameless windows.
