Just like everybody else: put it on YouTube or elsewhere on a video hosting site and provide a link.
Alternatively you can attach it to the message as a ".zip" for download. Just mind the size limitation. You might want to rename the ".zip" into ".pdf" to enjoy a larger allowance and provide the correct file extension in the message text but this will be a violation(?) in fact so try to avoid this dirty trick.
