You have a point about the design cues. But wth are you talking about with evos,sti's, etc? The have ONE exhaust for ONE turbo which connects to ONE downpipe. We must be misunderstanding eachother or someone doesn't know thier imports. A twin turbo 4banger would need 1 turbo for 2 cylinders
Who would do that? And yes, the best and easiest way to route the exhaust for a 335i would be TWO straight pipes straight back. It only joins on a 335i bacause of the muffler. And the 1er because of the size.
