ferrari has some patented stuff going on with this exhaust to make it sound like a v12, at least in the cabin. in a nutshell they are doubling the exhaust frequency of the v6 using some patented piping to make it sound like a v12.
hybrid has nothing to do with sound. its there to fill the turbo lag. the hybrid m340i sounds the same as the non-hybrid unless there is some new opf filter going on.
nsx sounds meh because sound wasn't a top priority for them. they have a tighter budget than ferrari when creating a supercar for obvious reasons.
296gtb starting price is 100k more than the maserati. different buyers.
