Goto one the beer houses, like the Hofbräuhaus for lunch and of course a beer. I second Dachau, hard history but necessary. Also a day trip visit to Mad King Ludwig's Neuschwanstein Castle is worth while. And my favorite place is Berchtesgaden and Königssee.
