Obligatory visit to the Marienplatz. Dinner al fresco (schnitzel, what else?), or in the Ratskeller if inclement weather.
Train system is good (it's Germany!) within the city and to/from the airport.
If consistent with your faith, Mass in the Frauenkirche.
If schedule allows, day trip to the Alps (Oberstdorf or Garmisch Partenkirchen) for lunch and sighsteeing.
