As I've asked the dealer of mine with the same questions, he told me this option is just lowered 10mm compare with the original suspension. And you can't adjust through i-Drive.

@Xoulas804. How is the adaptive suspension on your BMW 1 series? I have this car on order and have not chosen this option. What do you think of the m sport suspension. Is the ride to stiff/firm? Any advice/feedback would be appreciated.
