ECG App
Been using the ECG App to monitor heart rate, etc. What does it mean if the spike on the graph is higher vs lower? Also sometimes I get more than 100 bpm mainly after eating is that bad? I asked my doctor and they are not very forthcoming or seem to imply it's fine.
