Funny, this is what I used to tell my sales reps.....you know, when I wasn't whispering other things in their ears.
I used to teach them how to back people into a corner and bash them over the head with the closing hammer. Always loved using psychology as a means for closing. "Tell me about the last time you purchased XYZ.....tell me about that experience." "Wouldn't you agreee that blah blah blah" "What if I could save you time and money."
Gah, I miss sales
