Is this true or is the policy different from dealer to dealer. I read another dealers site saying anyone over 21 can get a loaner.

Help? Thanks.

Edit: Don't want to bad mouth them because they were helpful and if that's their policy then I can't argue with it, but I'm now driving a VW Passat with and engine that jerks every time I tap the gas. I just think it's unfair to me? If it's the policy then there nothing I can do, but I'm not naming the dealer in good faith that they aren't just screwing me because I hadn't bought my car at their dealership.

Also, this is in NYC.
Usually it's a dealer to dealer policy. But most should be fine if you're over 21 GIVEN that the car is in your name. If it's not in your name, then you have to be over 25. That's the policy from 3 of my different bmw dealerships
