From what I can see the snap in adaptor does the same as a USB cable?
I'm tossing up if I should get one or just grab a usb cable and enjoy having a little extra storage space.

I got my M135i yesterday and had exactly the same query
although i'm using a Galaxy S4. With a standard USB cable i think the functionality is the same as with the snap-in adapter? Bar the utilisation of the roof aerial for phone signal (someone please correct me if i'm wrong
)
