Slightly off topic, since our car has only 35 000 km, but we had an interesting fault. The B38 engine was cutting out under power. Typically over 50 percent load, and it cut all the power briefly, sometimes repeatedly. Usually no error messages.
Solution: New coils and spark plugs.
Otherwise the car has been completely free from issues 5.5 years now.
