So they really don't work and there's the warning/error which is appropriate then. What about the side lights (page #83 in the same manual I referenced before)? Don't they work either? DRLs if you have them LED?
Anyway, if bulbs/lights are fine, fuses are fine, everything is properly connected and there's still a failure you should address a service, I guess. I actually wanted to remind you "parking lights" were not "side lights" (that could be some confusion).
