Bit of a thread revival, isn't really relevant to the head recall issue. but my car is at the dealers now waiting for a new engine. its on its way from Germany, so hopefully will have my car back in 3 weeks. luckily its a warrantee replacement!! they say the oil pump started failing and now there is metal filings in the engine oil.
