Not unless you also happen to find children attractive.
You are just grooming your body to be in stellar shape if you happen to become a dad. Foresight, planning and preparation - nothing wrong with that is there? One might even see these traits as being those of a wise man.
Not in your particular case of course, but one *might* see it that way in another person.
