Just bought my first BMW, a 2012 116i. Only after I bought it did I realise it was a CIC model with no enhanced Bluetooth with no combox - bummer.
My goal is to upgrade straight to the latest and purchase a head unit which has a big screen (I currently have the 6.5") and can give me android auto and apple carplay. Initially I was drawn to the Andream MMI Prime but I've seen for £100 more, I can purchase a bigger screen and get the same functionality.
Has anyone used this and has any reviews?

I was more than happy to dish out the £300 ish price tag but saw the site says this is for LHD only and being based in the UK, I have a RHD. They don't seem to have any RHD units on the site. Would there be issues if I install the LHD in my car?
Open to here suggestions for any other units too!
