After loads of hassle I asked for a value to get me in a different car, I have a 116i sport with sun protection pack and comfort pack, the one with extra lighting and air con. I was quoted £15,500 for a trade in for a new the same car and same spec. I bought the car in march. Basically saying the car has lost around £7500 in 10 months, I love the car just fed up of the hassle. I also appreciate that the value drops but would have thought its value was around the £17500 mark. Needless to say I told them to get stuffed and they can keep getting it back for repair each time it goes wrong. Just for interest the car is mint and the offer is not even bottom book price
