Is that a restriction down south or in the states? I can't imagine anything can be "overkill" down there, especially in CO.

Wow, I would not have expected this in the slightest. Mostly abroad I imagine? DSS or something. Quite surprised they don't go with domestic options, but I guess that would be a little too in-your-face/obvious.
