The Warranty Group (via Ft Wayne BMW) quoted $4200 for 6yr/60k extension. I'm awaiting more details (their google reviews are pretty poor)
Protect My Car was exclusionary at $4616 - 60mo up to 100k ($100ded) - they backed away and said car was not eligible at all due to its axle back exhaust.

For my X1, USAA quoted me $2450 for 60 mos and up to 75K total miles on the car for an exclusionary policy. Same insurance company behind it as Route66 (Assurant Services).
