We've had here in Germany few cases, where the doctor had snipped the wrong line on one side (however this might by possible) and the patient were be able to shot venom though
On the downside to impregnate women unintentionally our law says, that the overall bill has to be payed by the doctor - entirely.
So you are maybe a father but the costs are not your business.
