I finally found a dealer who is willing to put the rear mirror for about 800 euro and the outside mirrors for 2800 euro (but 2800 euro are a lot of money so i am going for the inside only)

It is very good and it works fine...but IMHO it does not worth 800 Euro!! Also, if you keep retrofitting things, it will cost you much more than selling the car and buying one with the specs you want.
As a final note, the auto dim mirror is not working that well if you have tinted windows at the rear, since the light intenisty is not that high to activate it.
