The coronarings and the brow do dim, I have noticed that in a reflection on my own car and - actually today - on a random F20 with xenon I met on the road!
The headlight itself was not on (daylight), but even if I don't see a reason why that would dim. Except for the stupid position of the indicator itself
. But that was already stupid at the golf 4.
