Tim you are right re the gap in price in Aus, in part due to the non-discount policy on the AMG at this time. The backlog on orders is into early 2014 presently. Give it 6 months and things may change.
I love that AMG brought out this car, it has woken BMW up locally and as a resultant dropped their pricing and packaging, gotta be happy with that. Then there's Audi's rumoured price drop on their S3. Good for all of us punters.
