Hello, I ordered rims and tyres on line that arrived already assembled.. but I did not know I needed TMPS sensor. I have since ordered after market sensors from a garage and I get them fitted on Friday. I have another post about it. If your car has the newer actual tyre pressure read outs, the rims need to have TMPS to send the info.
The old BMW Tyre loss systems just controls the rotations of the tyres to determine if one has lost pressure, we have that on the other car.
