Is there any official Hartge dealer in Turkey? You can send an email to Hartge and ask them about a deler in Turkey or if they can sell directly to you.
Another option may be to order it from Greece. The Hartge dealer is a company called Speed and Style and the owner (Nikos) is very helpful. Have a look here:
