I know about the hidden menu, but it is quite a lot of work to set it up every track stint, so I usually don't. And the 20 minutes is not really a reliable rule. I drive a long time to the track area, and then the car cools down before the first time I go onto the actual track. It would have been a lot more convenient with some sort of temperature indicator.
