Update: this did not happen. I backed out of it after realizing how pathetic that would be for me to go. Other guy was going to go but his girl got covid (apparently) the last second. Pretty tilted at him for this since he's been avoiding me and a few other friends to make NYE plans. Overall shitstorm and I told who I used to consider a friend to fuck off because I'm tired of being the "well all the girls canceled what are you up to tonight haha" guy
